Supported Accommodation Worker/s (weekends) and Relief Workers

We have vacancies for Supported Accommodation Worker/s & Relief Workers. The post-holder/s will be responsible for the safe & efficient running of the IWA premises in Inverness and will provide basic support to clients. They will usually be the sole staff member working during shifts.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with competent & professional dispositions and who can demonstrate initiative, confidence and sound decision-making in this role.
Qualifications, training and/or experience in health or social care, psychology or advocacy are essential. Full training/ induction will be provided.

Supported Accommodation Worker post
Fixed Term (one year)

Hourly rate: £9.30
Weekends (2 x 12hr shifts)
Can be one post of 24hrs per wk or two posts of 12 hrs per wk each
Additional relief shifts also available

Relief Worker post
Casual Worker Agreement

Hourly rate: £9.30
Shifts arranged as required to cover staff leave & training
